DUMP THE SODA

It was recently shown that sugar is not good for you, independent of calories. And this should come as no surprise. We’ve had our suspicions that things like soda have been bad for us for a long time now. Skip the soda, it overloads your body with calories, making it hard to lose weight. Go for herbals teas instead and fizzy water.

EAT FIBER

Lastly, eat a diet rich in plants. Nothing fights a flabby belly better than a diet that is based on beans, nuts, green leafy vegetables and fruit.
