PHILWELL, formerly known as the Spa Association of the Philippines, has released the list of its new officers, elected into office at the group’s special annual meeting in April.
Helmed by the newly-elected president Cathy Turvill, the other officers included: Charles Sutter as VP; Marita Arceo as secretary; Anita Alvarado as treasurer; and Celso del Rosario as PRO.
PHILWELL’s change of identity, symbolized by the group’s change in name, is said to “reflect our collective efforts to fully embrace wellness in the mission and vision of the association. With this change, we aim to attract strategic partners and allies to the wellness industry.” The “new and invigorated image also affirms our commitment to be an active participant in Philippine medical and wellness tourism projects.”
PHILWELL remains an internationally recognized trade organization said to be “committed to nation building by positioning the Philippines as a major player and destination in the global wellness and spa industry.”
