{"id":9008,"date":"2024-02-19T13:31:48","date_gmt":"2024-02-19T05:31:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/?p=9008"},"modified":"2024-02-19T13:33:22","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T05:33:22","slug":"ironkids-cebu-in-lapu-lapu-partners-with-rlc-residences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/ironkids-cebu-in-lapu-lapu-partners-with-rlc-residences\/","title":{"rendered":"IRONKIDS Cebu in Lapu-Lapu partners with RLC Residences"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The IRONMAN Group Philippines and RLC Residences have announced in 2023 a new partnership\u2014as the residential brand of Robinsons Land Corporation, RLC Residences becomes the title sponsor for IRONKIDS Lapu-Lapu and IRONKIDS Davao for 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This April will be the first event of the partnership as\nthe brand extends their support for the budding young athletes.&nbsp; The aquathlon will see participants from ages\n6 to 15 years old complete the race happening at The Reef Island Resort in\nMactan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RLC Residences Head of Brand Management Mr. Dan Carlo\nTorres shares his enthusiasm towards the event. \u201cWe are very excited to see\nthis partnership unfold. We\u2019ve been very supportive of IRONMAN, especially\nIRONKIDS because we also believe in the importance of promoting an active and\npurposeful lifestyle at such a young age and we hope to continuously be part of\nIRONMAN as we create more vibrant opportunities for our future triathletes,\u201d he\nadded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs we aspire to live our best lives, we work to inspire\nthe wider community,\u201d said Ms Princess Galura, Regional Director of the IRONMAN\nGroup Philippines.&nbsp; \u201cFor 10 years, the\nIRONKIDS has been a part of the Cebuano youth\u2019s stepping stone to either a\nfuture in sports, representing the Philippines in international events, as well\nas planting the seeds of a healthy, sporty lifestyle.&nbsp; Our partnership with RLC Residences allows us\nto do so and we are excited to hold the festivities for our youth once again in\nLapu-Lapu this April,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IRONKIDS event in Lapu-Lapu will feature age group\ncategories for the 6 to 8 years old, 9 to 10 years old, 11 to 12 years old and\n13 to 15 years old.&nbsp; Relay categories are\nalso available for mixed team relay for 6-10 year-olds and 11-15\nyear-olds.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swim and run courses, the transition area and finish line\nwill be at The Reef Island Resort, which is conveniently located in a gated\ncommunity.&nbsp; Families who are checked in\nduring race weekend can enjoy amenities of the resort &#8211;&nbsp; including the beach, lap pool and game\nroom.&nbsp; The resort\u2019s restaurant is\noperated by Cebu-based top tier chain, Abaca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This April will be the first event of the partnership as the brand extends their support for the budding young athletes.
