Transfer to oven-safe serving dish. Set aside.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To make Creamed Spinach: Boil spinach 2 minutes, strain and place it into saucepan, over cream. Cook 5 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In blender, puree mixture and pour over Mushroom Carpaccio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Grate Parmesan cheese over entire dish; bake 5 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bitter Chocolate and Pistachio Cream Dessert<\/strong><br class=\"dnr\" \/>Prep time: 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cup, plus 1 tablespoon, sweetened condensed milk<br class=\"dnr\" \/>1\/2 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 cup brown sugar<br class=\"dnr\" \/>1 1\/2 \u00a0\u00a0 tablespoons Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus additional for pistachio cream<br class=\"dnr\" \/>4 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ounces dark chocolate<br class=\"dnr\" \/>1 1\/4 \u00a0\u00a0 cups shelled pistachios<\/p>\n<p><em>In saucepan, combine condensed milk and sugar; cook over low heat, stirring until mixture takes on toasted color.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Add olive oil and dark chocolate; continue to stir until fully combined.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Line 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and spread mixture into pan. Refrigerate until fully set.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To make pistachio cream: Blend pistachios and olive oil until smooth paste forms.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Remove dessert from pan and cut into slices.
