Now, it may sound counter-intuitive because of course there is a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.medibank.com.au\/livebetter\/collection\/preventing-your-body-from-injury\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">risk of injury<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with boxing. But really there&#8217;s always a risk of injury when we move our bodies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember boxing is great aerobic exercise as it uses your whole body to avoid and attack.
