Yeah. There is no denying that having a kid is expensive. We\u2019re not going to drop an extortionate figure next to that statement because a) we don\u2019t want to scare you and b) everyone is completely different, their spending habits are different and what they deem to be necessary is different. The baby business is big business, and it always will be because (hopefully) there will always be new parents in the world. But do you really need to buy the best baby monitor on the market? Humans have been around for years, long before there were baby monitors that could tell you your child\u2019s heart rate and dream state and all that stuff. Same goes for travel cot’s, and Moses baskets and all that stuff. Also, shop around. Always shop around. It could be that you are interested in <\/span>dressing the family for less<\/span><\/a>, or you may be looking for ways to reduce the grocery shopping expenditure when feeding the family. Basically, shopping around is one of the most effective and efficient ways of saving money.<\/span><\/p>\n

Everyone knows someone that has had a kid. You may be the first out of your friends, but you are not the first person ever, so when someone offers you some baby\/toddler things, take them. If you are on a low income, then you may well be entitled to some state help. It could be a monthly allowance, it could be vouchers to <\/span>help you and your family eat healthy food<\/span><\/a>, it could be a grant to buy baby equipment. You may also be eligible for prescriptions or childcare. There are a lot of things you could be entitled to, so always have a look and make sure you know what is out there.<\/span><\/p>\n

You may have noticed that adult humans are quite tall in comparison to babies, that is because babies grow quite quickly. They grow out of clothes, they grow out of toys, they grow out of their cots and almost everything. So keep this in mind. Keep the boxes and hold onto to the tags. There will be a time where you think about <\/span>selling some of the stuff you have accumulated<\/span><\/a> but no longer has a place in your life.
