Being aware will help you from forming an even greater nicotine habit that is harder to kick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cut down your strength<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you have got used to vaping and don\u2019t smoke at all, you can start thinking about dropping the nicotine levels. For example, let\u2019s say you are vaping with 18mg e-liquids; you could drop it down to 15 mg. Then you could go to 12 mg, and so on. It won\u2019t be easy to adjust straight away, but you will eventually. Once you get down to nicotine-free juice, it will take a couple of weeks or so for the addiction to subside.
