Red Bull Dance Your Style, the\u00a0 global 1-on-1 street dance competition renowned for its emphasis on freestyle and improvisational skills among dancers, is returning to the Philippines for its third consecutive year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following\nits highly successful previous editions, Red Bull Dance Your Style is back to\nignite the streets of the Philippines with even more explosive battles,\nspotlighting the incredible talents of the country\u2019s top dancers. Each round of\nthe competition will challenge dancers to show off their talent and creativity\nas they battle it out to a random selection of songs, ranging from iconic\nclassics to contemporary dance hits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\nsets this electrifying dance competition apart is its unique battle format,\nwhere the audience holds the power to crown the victor. This distinct setup\nfuels the atmosphere, empowering dancers to unleash their full potential and\ncaptivate the audience with every move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Bull Dance Your Style Year 3:\nSpreading the Beat Across the Nation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red\nBull Dance Your Style\u2019s much-awaited comeback is taking the battle beyond the\nstreets of Manila to every corner of the archipelago. The competition is open\nto Philippine residents, aged 18 years and above, who exhibit exceptional\nskill, dedication, and passion for street dancing. The quest to find the next\nwave of top Philippine dance talents will reach four major cities: Baguio,\nManila, Davao, and Cebu, culminating in the qualifiers in Davao (June 29), Cebu\n(July 13), and Manila (July 27). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\nare so excited to have the third edition of Red Bull Dance Your Style in the\nPhilippines,\u201d said Philippine All-Stars legend Lema Diaz, who is returning as\nthis year\u2019s dance consultant. \u201cIt\u2019s definitely gonna be bigger and better this\nyear!\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diaz\nshared that Red Bull Dance Your Style has expanded its search for the top\nFilipino dance talents for its third year in the Philippines. \u201cThis year, we\nhave included North Luzon (Baguio) and Mindanao (Davao) in the mix for our\nsearch for the dancer who has charisma, skills, and passion,\u201d explained Diaz.\n\u201cExpect a tougher competition this year.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She\nadded, \u201cSince its first edition, Red Bull Dance Your Style has brought the\ndance community closer and we have grown a lot stronger. It has been an avenue\nto come together and collaborate, learn from each other, and inspire one\nanother. Every year is a chance for us to keep that momentum and witness\ngreatness from our local dance community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diaz\noffered her expert advice to this year\u2019s aspiring dancers saying, \u201cIt\u2019s\nimportant to show your dance, be you. Be confident and embrace your strength.\nBe prepared to perform for the crowd, they will be rooting for you. Don\u2019t\nforget to have a lot of fun!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nwinners of each qualifier will advance to the National Finals, happening on\nSeptember7. The winning finalist will proudly represent the Philippines in the\nupcoming Red Bull Dance Your Style World Finals in India, scheduled for\nNovember 9, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
