In command of the flight to Guam was Capt. Emmie Inciong-Ragasa, assisted by First Officer Lilybeth Tan &#8211; Ng. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The all-women cabin crew team &#8211; led by Flight\nPurser Edrose Mae Tang &#8211; had FA Gladys Lim, FA Frances Anne&nbsp; Alindogan, FA Verona Rae Salangsang, FA Ana\nBeatriz Alvarez, and FA Pamela Jaine Sta. Ana in its roster. Capt. Hidelina\nPatrimonio and FO Lilybeth Tan Ng will be in command of the flight to Manila\nvia PR111 tomorrow March 24. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A water salute \u2013 organized by PAL Guam and the\nGuam Airport Authority &#8211; greeted flight PR110 upon its arrival at Guam International\nAirport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To inspire more women around the globe, PAL\u2019s\nall-female flight crew participated in the Global Women\u2019s forum held at the\nGuam Airport, where FO Tan \u2013 Ng,&nbsp; who is\nalso PAL&#8217;S AVP on Pilot Affairs, said in her speech, &#8220;Philippine Airlines\nis an equal opportunity company. PAL&#8217;s culture of inclusivity has empowered the\nfemale members of the workforce to lend their voices, talent and creativity for\nthe good of the Organization.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat a great way to celebrate women\nempowerment. Our all-female flight is an inspiring and exhilarating\nexperience,\u201d she quipped when asked to describe the milestone flight journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of her inspirational message, she\nquipped, \u201cWe \u2013 as women \u2013 do not exist in a box. We evolve amid the challenges\nof the times. We are strong and resilient. We support fellow women and we\nco-exist with all of humanity.
