We all tackle it differently, some easier than others. Mental health has certainly got a lot more awareness in society now, and we all want to help those who are going through it. So it can be difficult to articulate how you\u2019re feeling. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anxietycentre.com\/anxiety-tips\/15-ways-to-help-someone-with-anxiety-disorder.shtml\">Reassurance is a great thing<\/a> which we all need in our lifetime whether that\u2019s through work or life choices, we need someone to say \u2018it\u2019ll be ok.\u2019 Anxiety is such an intense mixture of emotions that, in the moment, it can feel like the body is in danger. So if you\u2019re with them at this point in time, reassure them and give them as much comfort as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAY CALM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anxiety comes with a lot of fear, and that fear can be rational or irrational. Regardless of which one it is, it doesn\u2019t need any more fuel to the flame so if you\u2019re panicking; then they\u2019ll panic even more. In situations where someone is having a panic attack, it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@gtinari\/how-to-handle-someone-elses-anxiety-or-panic-attacks-51ee63f5c23b\">important to stay calm<\/a>. Why? Well because that person has become so panicked and vulnerable, they need someone with them as a body of calm. This example will help them calm down so don\u2019t raise your voice or start panicking yourself. Remain calm and try and encourage the same for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SUPPORT THEM TO FIND THE CAUSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s normally trigger points for those with anxiety, a lot like when we get stressed, there\u2019s something that caused that feeling in the first place. Help them to find their triggers and support them in finding ways to tackle it. Whether that\u2019s through a <a href=\"https:\/\/cbddosagecalculator.com\">cbd dosage<\/a>, exercise or finding something that helps them keep calm. Therapy is also a recommendation but only suggest and support. Don\u2019t force them to do something that they may not want to do or be ready for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HELP THEM FOCUS&nbsp;ON&nbsp;THE POSITIVES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to anxiety, it can take over the whole mind and make you think that there\u2019s nothing good in your life. At times like this, you need someone there who can tell you that these are your positives <a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/connection-between-exercise-happiness-financial-wellness-and-sociability\/\">in your life that make you happy<\/a>. Whether it\u2019s listing all the good things, they\u2019ve done in their life or talking about loved ones. This can really help someone with anxiety to focus on the good in their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anxiety isn\u2019t something that can be cured or fixed completely.
