Just think back to all those new year\u2019s resolutions you\u2019ve made. You had every intention to get fit and get in shape. But after three visits to the gym to lift weights and run on a treadmill you realized you don\u2019t get any pleasure out of lifting weights or running on a treadmill. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, here is a little bit of advice for you: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/building-that-six-pack-its-not-all-about-weights\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">it\u2019s not all about weights<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or running. To put it as simply as we possibly can, if you don\u2019t like it then don\u2019t do it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead, all you need to do is find an exercise you seriously enjoy doing that your brain doesn\u2019t consider to be exercise. To help you with this, we have come up with a list of amazing activities that achieve just this. Call it magic, trickery, sorcery, genius, whatever you like. Spoiler alert: you haven\u2019t. Not only is it fun, though, it is a seriously good work out. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitnessfirst.co.id\/en-GB\/classes\/zumba\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zumba dance<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will have you smiling and sweating harder than you\u2019ve ever smiled or sweat and it\u2019ll only take five minutes. Swing dancing will have your heart rate bouncing like a rise on a speaker. Flamenco too. It is one of the best childhood memories we have, and one of those things that has way <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.artofmanliness.com\/2012\/02\/07\/the-importance-of-roughhousing-with-your-kids\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">more benefits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> than you may realize. It builds your bond, grows their resilience, encourages intelligence and problem-solving skills, and it uses energy. For kids, it gets them active. It could be having a weekly hike, or joining a gym, or signing up to Zumba or getting into martial arts or anything. By having a person you love and like to enjoy it with your smile will wipe away the thought of it being exercise.
