It\u2019s full of meetings, overtime, family demands, and crazy commutes. Life is stressful too. Often life is stressful because we don\u2019t have any time for ourselves. Diets go out the window, and you can easily forget when the last time was that you got to the gym. The trouble is, neglecting yourself can quickly and easily become a health hazard. Before you know it, your heart is under pressure, and you could succumb to a cardiac event.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s not just heart attacks we need to be wary of <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/healthy-stress-busters\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">when we\u2019re stressed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and under pressure. The body can also be susceptible to strokes and serious illnesses. Your age may be a factor of risk as may your genetic makeup. But if you neglect your physical health, you risk may be dramatically increased. But there are many health care providers that can help you come back stronger should your body let you down. It may not be just about mind over matter.
