As you get older, you\u2019ll probably have noticed already that your metabolism has started to change &#8211; that cheeseburger, fries and milkshake actually will show up on the scales, unfortunately &#8211; and you\u2019ll need to start eating better. The main tip is: don\u2019t decide to give up anything entirely &#8211; enjoy a few squares of chocolate or a bag of potato chips every once in a while. Instead, focus on eating in moderation and you\u2019ll be set up with healthy eating habits for life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>START WALKING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you live a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/body-movin-easy-ways-to-feel-good\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">static lifestyle<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; and a lot of us do, if we have office jobs and sit in front of a computer for eight hours a day &#8211; then it\u2019s time to get up off your desk chair and start moving. Whether you want to join a Zumba class and dance the night away or start practising your deep breathing at yoga, the number one tip is to walk more often. Don\u2019t drive short distances &#8211; leave your car at home, put on some shoes that support your feet well, and walk instead. Make sure that you brush for two minutes twice a day and that you floss each time &#8211; this will help to remove plaque between your teeth that your toothbrush can\u2019t quite reach. You should also go for regular check ups to make sure that your dentist agrees that your teeth are in top condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have any concerns about your health, talk to your doctor &#8211; that\u2019s what they\u2019re there for.
