In fact, I bet your children will refuse to eat anything new that they notice on their plate. That way, your kids can truly appreciate the food that they have in front of them, and there won\u2019t be any distractions. Try and make mealtimes as sociable as possible by gathering the whole family around the table and chatting to one another. This will help your kids create positive connections to mealtimes and eating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>DON&#8217;T LET MEALTIMES DRAG ON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If dinner time goes on for too long, your kids might get bored and will end up frustrated. This can put them off their food as their mind will be on other things. So, try and limit your mealtimes to about twenty minutes. Anything longer could have a negative effect, and your children might rebel by refusing to eat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mealtimes shouldn\u2019t turn into a big fight between you and your kids over food.
