{"id":2289,"date":"2016-10-03T03:23:01","date_gmt":"2016-10-03T03:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/?p=2289"},"modified":"2016-10-03T03:23:01","modified_gmt":"2016-10-03T03:23:01","slug":"coobie-holds-first-bra-giveaway-in-phl-for-breast-cancer-awareness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/coobie-holds-first-bra-giveaway-in-phl-for-breast-cancer-awareness\/","title":{"rendered":"Coobie holds first bra giveaway in Phl for breast cancer awareness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>This October, Coobie Philippines will be giving away more than P100,000 worth of Pink Peony Coobie Bras and vouchers to participants of ICanServe Foundation\u2019s Zumba fitness party event to raise awareness on breast cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Pink-bra.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2290\" src=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Pink-bra.jpg\" alt=\"pink-bra\" width=\"622\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Pink-bra.jpg 622w, http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Pink-bra-219x300.jpg 219w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 622px) 100vw, 622px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>October is world breast cancer awareness month and Coobie is partnering with ICanServe Foundation, a\u00a0breast cancer support network and advocacy group.\u00a0The bra brand is bringing to the Philippines for the first time the Pink Bra giveaway which it has been holding in the US for years now.<\/p>\n<p>Through ICanServe\u2019s Zumba fitness party, Coobie hopes to give the message that Filipina breast cancer patients, survivors and their families are supported by the community as they go through their journey of battling the disease all the way to recovery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCoobie Philippines is very glad to be a part of ICanServe\u2019s campaign to spread information on promoting early breast cancer detection through the annual Zumba fitness party,\u201d said Abbey Hinto, owner at Dei Fiori Trading, the distributor of Coobie bras in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>Coobie bras are considered by\u00a0ladies who have undergone either mastectomy, reconstruction or are going through chemotherapy sessions as it provides comfort on sensitive areas and has proved to be an inexpensive alternative to post-operative undergarment support.
