But anything is possible. First cultivated in India, this fruit is known for being juicy, sweet and pleasantly sharp. They\u2019re incredible supplements to ice cream, so you should consider throwing some in with your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delish.com\/cooking\/a39534\/mango-dessert-recipes\/\">regular desserts<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is extremely high in vitamin C. It also contains one of the highest amounts of fiber you can find in a fruit. Of course, it\u2019s a versatile fruit that can work with either! It has an amazing texture, but it isn\u2019t very sweet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avocados contains a very high amount of vitamin K, one of the most under-appreciated vitamins there are. Vitamin K is very good for your cardiovascular system. It can help prevent varicose veins and infectious diseases.
