Sure, it may cost slightly more to sign up, but all these fancy extras can tempt you to the gym more often. What\u2019s better than jumping into a pool to cool off after a strenuous workout? Not much!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>HAVE A DAY OFF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t expect to go to the gym every day. That is quite an unrealistic ideal. It also won\u2019t be doing your body any good. You need to give your body a couple of days off a week to repair and strengthen itself. Having a day off can also give your morale a fantastic boost.
