Mylan received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for this product, which is indicated in adults and children for the treatment of certain infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Mylan.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1326\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1326\" src=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Mylan.jpg\" alt=\"Mylan\" width=\"622\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Mylan.jpg 622w, http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Mylan-300x208.jpg 300w, http:\/\/zestmag.com\/online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Mylan-50x35.jpg 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 622px) 100vw, 622px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Linezolid tablets, 600 mg, had US sales of approximately $457.8 million for the 12 months ending Sept. 30, 2015, according to IMS Health.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Mylan has 269 ANDAs pending FDA approval representing $100.8 billion in annual brand sales, according to IMS Health. Fifty of these pending ANDAs are potential first-to-file opportunities, representing $35.6 billion in annual brand sales, for the 12 months ending June 30, 2015, according to IMS Health.<\/p>\n<p>Mylan is a global pharmaceutical company providing seven 7 billion people access to high quality medicine.
