Huawei has launched the TalkBand B2 in the Philippines. This wearable device doesn\u2019t just helps you track your fitness activities and sleeping habits, it allows the display to pop out and double as a Bluetooth earpiece to let you take calls without touching your phone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The TalkBand B2 sports a 0.73-inch, 128 x 88 pixel, mono PMOLED touchscreen. All you have to do is sweep your finger to cycle through the various modes such as the time\/date, steps taken, sleep time, and calories burned.<\/p><\/div>\n

As a health tracker, the TalkBand B2 features a 6-axis motion sensor that can automatically detect different activities with higher accuracy, such as walking, running cycling or climbing\/hiking.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The device can also calculate the amount of calories burned by different activities to help you plan your workouts, diet and more. You can then sync the data with your mobile phone and even share your achievement with your friends via social networks.<\/p>\n

The same 6-axis sensor, likewise allows the TalkBand B2 to automatically identify and record motions accurately, detect the duration of deep sleep and light sleep, and provide consumers with health tips on ways to improve their sleep pattern.<\/p>\n

Take calls while running<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supporting both Android and iOS smartphones, the TalkBand B2 vibrates to notify you of an incoming call and shows the name\/number of the caller on the screen. All you have to do is detach the earpiece to answer the call.<\/p>\n

Nino Carandang, category head for MBB and wearables at Huawei, says the TalkBand B2 is equipped with dual-microphone, noise reduction technology and quality Bluetooth connectivity. It is also equipped with smart detection to understand whether the Bluetooth earpiece is on the wristband or not, allowing it to automatically push audio (music\/call) to the smartphone or B2 bracelet.<\/p>\n

You can even connect up to two smartphones to the TalkBand B2 so you don\u2019t have to choose which of your phones to pair it with.<\/p>\n

Charles Wu, Country Head for Consumer Business Group, Huawei Philippines, says that if the TalkBand B2 is used regularly, the battery can last up to two days. If just on standby mode, the TalkBand B2\u2019s power can last more than a week.<\/p>\n

The TalkBand B2 is also equipped with a pager to search and locate your smartphone, regardless of the phone model, through vibration or ring tone alerts.<\/p>\n

The metal bracket of TalkBand B2 is made of high strength, light weight aviation aluminum.\u00a0 The B2 comes in two watchband styles, the environmentally professional TPU material in white and black or the luxurious brown leather.<\/p>\n
